This page is a counsel draft as of 17 September 2026. It describes how Haulest works today. It is not legal advice. Counsel should review it before we treat it as final.
The tick on the form
By submitting the Haulest quote form you agree that Panaweb LLC doing business as Haulest, and licensed moving companies we introduce to your request, may contact you at the phone number and email you provided about that move. Contact can be by call, text, or email, including to a mobile number. Where the law requires us to say so, that contact may use an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
Consent is not a condition of buying any good or service. You can read the site and the tools without ticking the box. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for a delayed text.
You certify the number is yours. Do not submit someone else’s mobile to generate a quote.
How to stop
Refuse a call. Reply STOP to a text from us if we send one. Email info@haulest.com to stop marketing contact from Haulest. A mover we already introduced has its own stop path — tell them, and tell us if you want us to stop introducing new ones.
What this page will not do
We will not describe an affiliation with another brand. If a later counsel memo names additional sellers, they will appear here by legal name, not as a marketing partnership.
Canada and the UK
Canadian requests are treated under CASL-style consent: you asked for a quote, so we may reply about that quote. UK requests are treated as a request you initiated (PECR). Soft opt-in is not an excuse to add you to an unrelated list.
