Counsel draft · 17 September 2026

Privacy

If you typed a phone number into the moving form, this page says where that number goes. It is part of the terms.

This page is a counsel draft as of 17 September 2026. It describes how Haulest works today. It is not legal advice. Counsel should review it before we treat it as final.

Who holds the data

Panaweb LLC, doing business as Haulest, Panaweb LLC, 8 The Green, Suite 6536, Dover, DE 19901. Email info@haulest.com. Call +1 (866) 961-9682. We process personal information in the United States. If you write from Canada or the UK, your request still lands on US systems.

What we collect

From a quote request: From, To, move date, home size, name, phone, email, the consent tick, the page you came from, and the time.

From a call to +1 (866) 961-9682: the number you used, and whatever you tell the person who answers. The phone company — and any call-tracking vendor we later name on Cookies — will see that number.

From the browser: IP address and user-agent in server logs; theme preference and checklist ticks in local storage on your device. We do not run cross-site advertising cookies on the public site today.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. We do not collect precise GPS. Tools do not upload a home video yet. If that ships, this page will name it before the form does.

Why we collect it

To call or email you about the move you asked about. To introduce that request to licensed movers who can quote it. To keep a consent record. To debug the form. To keep the site up. We do not use a quote request to build an unrelated mailing list.

Who else sees a quote

Licensed movers we introduce to your request see the job details and the contact you gave. That is the point of the form. Hosting, email, and (when named on Cookies) analytics vendors see what they need to run the site. We do not publish your phone number on a directory page. We do not sell a public list of people who asked for a quote.

Under some US state laws, sharing a lead can still count as a “sale” or “share.” Counsel will classify that. Until they do: if you want us to stop sharing your request, email info@haulest.com. We will not pretend the introduction never happened if a mover already has the row.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and the people on it.

Reviews on this site

Review text is dated. A tiny source name sits on the row. Stars and counts come from those rows. We do not invent a total. We do not treat a review as your personal information unless you can show it is about you and the law lets you ask. Official listings may be added later. They are not live today.

How long we keep a request

Long enough to complete the quote and to show we had consent. Server logs rotate with the host. Local storage stays on your device until you clear it. Email info@haulest.com to ask what we hold, to correct a number, or to ask us to stop contacting you.

Your choices

If you live in California, Delaware, or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or a “sale” or “share” of personal information. We will not deny you the site for asking. An authorized agent may write on your behalf if you can show the agent is yours. We may need to verify the request.

California’s Shine the Light law lets you ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for those parties’ own direct marketing in the past year. Email info@haulest.com with the subject “Shine the Light.”

UK visitors may also have rights under UK GDPR (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, complaint to the ICO). Canadian visitors may have rights under PIPEDA and provincial rules. CASL-style and PECR-style contact rules are on Consent.

Send requests to info@haulest.com. We do not have a separate privacy portal yet.

Children

This site is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. A quote request should come from someone 18 or older. If we learn a child sent one, we will delete it.

Cookies

See Cookies. Necessary cookies and local storage run the form, the theme, and checklist ticks. Analytics, if added, will be named there before they run.

Changes

We will post a new date on this page when the facts change. Material changes to how we share a quote will be described here before we change the form.
