From the first phone calls/emails with Michael and Mary in the office, to the pick-up team lead by Daniel in Austin and the drop-off team of Angel and Sam in Denver, my experience with this company was excellent. My phone calls and emails were promptly answered and addressed. Everyone was professional and attentive. I highly recommend 24 Hours Moving for your moving needs!

I never regret hiring them!

My decision to hire this moving company is based on their urgent availability. Since we are doing our move a week before we needed a moving company that can provide the necessary urgent moving service that we needed. The pick up went smoothly and the delivery as well. I am so glad I hired them because they were awesomely great in handling customer needs and requirements. All I can say is thank you 24 Hours Moving for a great and hassle free move. .

Through my friend's recommendation I hired their services and I am thankful to him because I can't saying nothing negative to 24 Hours Moving Inc who literally made my move like a piece of cake. No hassles no, I did not even made a follow up call to check the status because I was informed immediately as soon as they had my property in transit. Great movers!

Me and my family are now at peace after the delivery of our belongings in Absecon. 24 Hours Moving Inc made a very tedious and complicated job for us like disassembling and assembling large and heavy hutches and cabinets, intricate king queen and full size beds. We also had some expensive vases and plants that needs to be shipped. They made necessary arrangements to DA so it can be shipped safely without authorities confiscating it. Summing it up, everything went well and I am very very glad we found 24 Hours Moving Inc. Best movers we had so far. .

I never had any resources on how to start with my move, It was my first time to move and I am having a hard time looking for a mover because nobody that I know can refer anybody. So I began searching the internet via Google. Found a bunch of moving company. So I called them asked for a quotation, So I basically hired the most affordable one because I am in a tight budget being a college student. I hired 24 Hours Moving not because I was impressed at them at first but because of their competitive pricing. I was surprised when my whole move went very smoothly and I had a very good moment dealing with their people whether it is from their office or the personnel they sent on-site. They took good care of my belongings although its not that much expensive and even helped me unpack it during delivery. If you would ask me if I recommend them, Of course I will. Glad I never had a very hard move and I am thanking 24 Hour Moving Inc. Now I am very impressed. .

Late, rude, and racist.

When you hire a moving company, you are paying for an easier moving experience than if you had to do it yourself. Well this was not the case They were late, rude, and racist! They would't even put on shoe covers that I supplied for them unless I provided an additional $300, because the movers say they did not have enough time to put them on. I just merely did not want any dirt tracked in the new home and they were adamant about not wearing them unless I paid that horrendous amount. So my mother was becoming unhappy and the mover assumed she was saying bad words about him. He said, I know what she's saying because I know Japanese!!" I told the mover, "We are not Japanese.." He replied, "then what are you.." and I shook my head after because he crossed the line. I am never ever hiring this company and I would STRONGLY DO NOT recommend anyone hiring them.

The Worst Experience of my Life with a Moving Company.

I have been moving several times and I have the worst experience of my life with 24hours moving. Everything started when a nice guy (at least when talking by phone), whom name is Gabriel, he let me know that 24hoursmoving people were very professional. He asked me for the size of my house and addresses to pick up and deliver. I let him know that my house was 4 Bedrooms and the moving was from Katy Texas to Weston Florida. On June 22nd 2015 he sent me a quote for 1770$ (for 590 cf). I called him and asked him how he calculate the volume and he let me know that it was an estimate, but he asked me to fill out a form with the list of articles. This list was very simple to fill out and it did not include details about volume, only name of parts. I filled out the form as instructed and send it back to Gabriel. On July 6th 2015, he send an estimate based on my list and the amount was $7727.20 (close to 1908 lbs), including packing services, I thought it was a little be expensive, but because of my wife’s health, I decided to accept the price to proceed with the move. They asked for 10% in advance which I paid ($772.72) and they asked to sign all kind of papers (contract, estimated and credit card authorization). The day of the move, July 28th: the driver (Jesus) with three other guys arrived late in the morning (10:30 am). The driver was very arrogant and nasty with my wife, they proceed to do their own estimate (you can imagine the same day of the moving), when he finished, he let my wife knows that I did not know how to do an estimate, that the chairs were too big and also the sofa and so on, but I let him know that the list that I received did not include the sizes, the list only include, for example: number of dining chairs, there were no option to select big or small…

I am reading this other messages and thinking why did I not see them sooner!! The worst company I have ever dealt with! MY husband and I are professional people and if you think you will get customer satisfaction from this company, think again!! They quoted us $3900 and changed it to over $8200 for our move from Texas to Wisconsin. They were 4 hours late in coming over to start our house. They get you all upset and have you sign documents at 1 in the morning. They agree to give you a "discount" and then you later realize that discount was really added right back into the amount by adding new items to the manifest that are actually just re-named into larger items to pay more. They will ensure you your delivery is safe and this whole process is stress free!! what a scam. Our delivery was scheduled for a Friday and wouldn't you know it, that day the truck crashes 7 hours away from our house! talk about no customer service, that is what you will get. we asked to drive and get our items, but we had to pay the entire amount in full to do that. we waited another 2 weeks while the truck sat hours away. my family slept on the floor for 30 days!! Mike the supervisor guarnteed he would reimburse us for our hotel stay, but that never happened. I put in complaints with the DOT and AMSA. I thought I would finally get some help from them, but no shocker there, no help! When we tried to negotiate the lower rate on delivery due to the crash and inconvenience, we were asked to pay additional money for each hour the truck sat in our driveway. I have been in contact with others who used 24 hours moving and its all the same story. no reimbursement for anything. I have multiple damages items and waited over 30 days. I lost out on two weeks of vacation due to their ignorance. NEVER NEVER USE…

Very late and items stolen.

Beware of this company! At first, this Pamela will call almost everyday to convince you to hire them. She's sweet anyway but our nightmare started when they sent their reps to pick up our stuffs last April 10. It's been more than 30 days since this company got our items last April 10,2015 from Texas bound to Washington and guess what?! No calls and updates! There's another issue, a missing samsung galaxy tablet and $80 cash went missing after these guys left with our furnitures and appliances. We called more than a dozen times and all they could tell us is "We have no updates from the delivery/dispatch dept. We will call you if we have anything." REALLY?! Excuses after excuses and now it's May 13, nobody knows where our items are! Got 3 kids sleeping on the floor while me and my wife are having back problems already sleeping on the cold floor. Paid 60% already as agreed but no news yet if they are going to deliver them to us or it's headed to Mexico instead. Very frustrating and a lot of disappointments. The reported stolen items remained unsolved by the company officials. We are tired of waiting and don't know who can help us to get back our things since we are new to Washington. This warning is intended for the next victim/s of this lousy and very unreliable 24HoursMoving,Inc. company. .

Never Again.

We hired this company based on their assurance our belongings would most likely be delivered within three to five days. It is now twelve days later, and still no delivery. Mary, the dispatcher, fed us some story about the truck breaking down somewhere, but didn't say where. She then told us we would have a delivery on April 16th. Mary also told us she texted the driver twice to give us a call, which never happened. Then she told us "the truck was in our neck of the woods." That was two days ago, and still no call and no delivery. Then Mary told us we would have delivery either late today (April 17) or early tomorrow. I attempted to call Mary on April 16 before close of business asking why we still never got that phone call from the driver, and wanted to know an exact day we would have our delivery. She didn't answer so I left a message. Of course, my call was never returned. Evidently the truck has been in my neck of the woods now for two days! And still, no phone call from the driver. Incredible how companies like this stay in existence, as they have no clue about good customer service, and don't seem to care. I posted a review on the Dallas BBB web site, and awaiting their a response from 24 Hour Moving. Our belongings are out there somewhere, and we don't have a clue exactly where. I only wish I researched this company more before hiring them. But I can assure you I will never hire them again.
