I am a very happy returning customer of A&M Relocations. For the 3rd time now they have given me outstanding moving service. Their movers are always there to help and this time, they offered to carry some additional items, and they didn’t charge me extra. You can never go wrong when you trust A&M Relocations to handle your stuff. My collaboration with A&M Relocations was fabulous, from the sales persons to the movers. They brought my things as scheduled and without damaging anything.

It was a great moving experience by a great mover. My friends are also full of praise for what A&M Relocations did. The foreman was awesome. We have used A&M Relocations severally, and we will continue giving them business. From the first instance, I contacted A&M Relocations, I knew I had the right kind of mover. The sales person was kind and helpful throughout our interaction and did everything to ensure I was booked in the day I was available. The movers were professional and timely on either end, I thank them for everything.

I had already used A&M Relocations six months before the recent move. Both experiences have been awesome and surpassed my expectations. The first time was moving, not literally, as the crew was totally professional and really good communicators. Co-incidentally, I got to use the same crew during my second move. I thank the supervisor for his help and ensuring that I was treated well and that my things received the care they deserve. It was a smooth experience moving with A&M Relocations. Thank you guys.

The crew was punctual and came with their truck plus their set of moving equipment that made the exercise so smooth and stress-free. The guys were very cooperative and I had issues with them from the start of the process to the end. They also delivered on time and fulfilled their part of the contract so professionally. Previously I had not used A&M Relocations, but definitely, I will call upon them to handle my future transportation should there be a need. A&M Relocations gave me professional and experienced guys. Nothing went wrong during my relocation. It is better if you can contact them and experience the greatness of A&M Relocations in moving.

The pricing was very reasonable, and their work cannot be faulted. A&M Relocations are awesome. I don’t know what I could have done without the service of A&M Relocations. No mover was willing to move my gym machine and other items to Mckinney, Texas from Brooklyn, New York unless I paid more, yet I was on a fix, financially speaking. A friend suggested that I contact A&M Relocations, and the guys gave me a quote that I could afford. It was so inexpensive that I was able to save! It isn’t that A&M Relocations are giving cheap service, it is only that they are giving quality service at very affordable rates.

My church had so many books and other stationery to carry. A member recommended that we use A&M Relocations, and they transported everything without overcharging us. They did not just deliver on time, but they were also very polite and professional. The service by A&M Relocations movers was excellent and their pricing very competitive.

A&M Relocations were amazing during our move. I strongly recommend them. It was an excellent service by excellent guys from an excellent company – A&M Relocations. We were using them for the third time and with such meticulousness and professionalism, I am not going to stop using them. I have already suggested the company to my friends and colleagues here in MD, as well as VA and NJ where the company has also set bases. Use them and take advantage of their skilled movers to have an awe-inspiring relocation experience.

I know I can always count on you. You make promises and deliver them. During my relocation to California, you did a wonderful job. All my properties were safe before and after the relocations. I feared for my souvenirs including carefully chosen clay model. You were very careful with all of them during the relocations. You handled each one of them with the care it deserved. The entire relocation was perfect and I am grateful.

On 11/7/18 I was contacted by Nick Bauer, Relocation Specialist with A & M Relocation regarding my daughters upcoming move. He stated that he could give me a better price than U Pack so I asked him what he could do. He provided me with the attached estimate. I agreed to it and everything was set up for A & M Relocation to be at my daughters’ apartment on 12/1/2018 sometime between 9am and noon. On 12/1/2018 I was contacted by Dion Young at A & M Relocation dispatch to set up a time on 12/2/18 to do the move. I told him this was not acceptable at all since my daughter had to be out of her apartment on 12/1/18 because she had all her utilities disconnected and needed to get on the road to drive to North Carolina that day. Dion offered to get his movers from his own moving company, Fresh Start, to get her moved out and take her property to A & M Relocation and loaded on their truck. He charged me $1250.00 to do this and we had no other alternative so I paid him and he got this taken care of for me. I was then contacted by phone on 12/3/18 by Todd James from A & M Relocation saying that my daughters property was loaded on the truck and I needed to wire transfer him $1800.00 so they could deliver it and would owe them $1848.00 upon delivery. I told him I didn’t have that kind of money and was completely shocked because my original agreement was $456.26 down and the balance of $456.26 upon delivery. I was also told by Mr. James that Nick Bauer, my relocation specialist, wasn’t available because he had some ‘family drama’ and had to go to Canada. I told Mr. James I didn’t know what to do and he asked if I had a credit card I could pay with and I told him no. He then offered to store my daughters’ property for 30 days free of charge to give me time to come up with the money…

The company is a cheat.

I am extremely unhappy by the service provided. Below is a summary of issues - 1. Nobody contacted a day before the move. Someone called 1 hour before arrival to let us know that we should be ready to move. 2. I was quoted $2280 after the inventory was done. The movers packed and loaded everything and at 9 PM they told me that I will have to pay $4876 if I want our stuff moved. If not, they would unload and leave the stuff as it is. I had no choice but to agree. They gave me a $300 discount after charging more than double! 3. I was quoted and promised a 3-day delivery. The movers picked up the stuff on Dec 07th and nobody cared to call about the delivery date. I called multiple times and finally, someone picked up and told me that the stuff will be delivered on the 15th. A 1-2 day delay is acceptable but 8 days is beyond imaginable. 4. Nick Bauer was great to talk with until I signed the contract and completely disappeared after it. 5. I got a called on Dec 14th that I need to keep the cash ready for payment before delivery if I want my stuff. What is this language? 6. I ordered a full service (pack, load, move, unload and unpack). Almost all boxes were intentionally packed half full. I noticed it while unpacking. Your website doesn't let me send you all this information through the contact us page. Your customer service email address is invalid. Nobody picks up the phone. So I have no way to contact you. Please provide a refund for the amount I was charged extra ($2,295) so that both of us don't have to go through the process of resolving the issue through AMSA or BBB or FMCSA. Thanks.
