I have read some very mean comments about Amazon relocation, where people ask to go to some other website for the truth. I wonder if it’s that website making them write such reviews because my experience with Amazon relocation was absolutely fantastic. I hired the company 2 months ago. They were punctual, efficient and very trustworthy. I say that because they arrived on time and delivered on time. They were fast to pack and capable to load everything easily. Even my huge couch was nothing to them. Not one piece went missing during the journey. Not only were these men so professional, they were always smiling and making me feel less stressed. I don’t know who says what but I am definitely team Amazon relocation.

When my business grew, I saw the need to move to a bigger place. The problem was that because of all the products, it was irritating to think about moving from one place to another. One of my uncles suggested me to call Amazon Relocation. When unpacking, I confirmed that none of my products suffered any damage, everything was moved safely. I really could not have asked for a better service than the one they offered me. I am more than willing to hire them if I need their help some time again. Their professionalism and efficiency surprised me; I am very satisfied with their work and now I am in my new store, but I know this would not have been possible without the help of Amazon Relocation.

I am a perfectionist and I always look for the perfection. Quality never comes at a cheaper price, so I did not go with the cheaper companies, I hired one of the best in business which is Amazon Relocation and my decision paid off this time. Jacob, the company sales rep was very helpful and efficiently handled my move. He completed all the pre-move arrangements and assigned David (foreman), Juse, Veon and Jeremy to move my 4 bed room apartment from Brooklyn, NY to Virginia Beach, VA. They accomplished the task with ease and did not take more than the allotted time and the price stayed less than the estimate. But most importantly it was a very smooth, quick, stress free and neat move. Good job Amazon Relocation.

I hired Amazon Relocation to do my move from NY to DE and it went off without a hitch. The movers were very nice and pleasant and my sales guy Jacob, was great to deal with. No hassle and very easy to work with. The rep was very knowledgeable and gave an accurate estimate for the move and also was nice enough to mention the potential things that may cause the price to change. I appreciated my sales rep the most for that because most companies will blow you away with the hidden cost that they harbor. The movers did such an excellent job packing my things and moving them. Everything came to its destination the exact same way they left in departure. I am amazed with the service that I received from Amazon Relocation. I would and have already recommended them too many of my friends. You cannot go wrong with these guys. .

It is very necessary to brag about the job performed by Amazon Relocation. This company epitomizes the definition of professionalism. During my initial interview with Amazon, I spoke with their sales guy names Jacob, and he walked me through the entire moving process. We were able to quickly get an affordable quote, and I chose a moving date that was convenient to my schedule. The moving date arrived and I had all of my valuables packed and ready to move. They arrived on time and got straight to work. At the end of the move, my apartment was set up and it looked wonderful. I could not have asked for more from a moving company. .

This is a fraudulent scamming company. They arrived at 4am for pickup, overcharged us, arrived at 9pm for delivery, threatened my girlfriend with a hammer, were extremely unprofessional and finally left everything in the front yard at 3am. I cannot stress enough how horrible our experience was with this company and hope that others learn from our drastic mistake in hiring them. Beware!

My move to Washijngton DC from New York was supposed to be delivered on Aug 29 as the bill of lading stated. They came on Sept 1, which meant that I had to nothing in my apartment for 3 days, and had to sleep on the floor. When the movers finally arrived my 55" flat screen TV was missing. They had charged me extra to crate it when they took it. When the driver called the main office, he was told not to write anything on the bill of lading . The driver refused, and said that the bill of lading stated that there was a TV, the boss Sharon told him only to write " missing item" but not to specify that it was a TV. The driver knew that I heard the conversation between them, and wrote that the TV was missing and it was not loaded onto the truck. I have tried calling these people, and they give me the run around and tell me that I have to put in a claim. They have an attitude when you call to ask about my TV and refuse to acknowledge that the TV was not loaded onto the truck. They are scammers and liars. The claims dept tells me that it's a process but cannot tell me how long it will take before I get my TV or compensation. They took my payment in full before they would even unload the truck! This company is the worst moving company ever!! I later came to find out that they are not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau..It was my fault for not doing a thorough check on them. The reviews that they have on the website are all reve reviews, probably written by friends or family!

Worst experience of my life. Very unprofessional. They have us a quote over the phone and when they finished loading their truck the price nearly doubled. One mover lowered the price if we tipped him and his guys. And gave us instructions to give him his tip when his guys weren't around. They told us it would take them 5 days to get to our new location and it took them over 2 weeks. There was bad communication between the movers and dispatch. They finally showed up to unload the truck and 2 of my flat screen HD TVs are "missing". It doesn't end there. My furniture was scratched and dented. When we spoke to a manager about our missing tvs all he said was that it wasn't his problem because he didn't misplace the tvs. He got his money and he knew he was covered. He didn't bother to help us. The movers said they would call if they saw anything when the truck was empty. No call and he won't answer when we call him. Avoid this company and go to professionals. They made life hell for me and my family.

Contracted Amazon Relocation to move our family's belongings from east coast to west coast. At over a handful of different points, they gave us constantly changing delivery dates and told us that our possessions would be delivered within 10 days. 10 days become over 3 weeks. They lowball the price, then on the day that they load all your possessions, they double the quote. Absolutely unprofessional. Very small office and staff. Limited ability to delivery on their stated promises. Felt like a shakedown. Worst moving experience of my entire life. Ever.

Bad Experience-roaches in my Boxes.

I was quoted a binding estimate by Jacob. I later called him back to ask for a quote as opposed to the estimate. Jacob advised me via email that "binding estimate" was what my final cost was going to be-guaranteed. No true it was double but once I belongings were put on the truck I was advised that it would be a fee to take them off of the truck, so I went with it. I was told that it would be 3-5 days from pickup date but on the contract the time was anytime within a months span. On the 5th day I called and was told there was a delay and that I would received my belongins Friday, the latest Saturday. My things arrived on Sunday. Boxes were damaged. Furniture was damaged, nicked and scraps on all, floor lamp was not rapped and is completely broken and to top it all off..Somehow ROACHES CAME CRAWLING OUT OF SEVERAL BOXES. I don't know if the truck had roaches or another persons boxes contained roaches. I have to now have my new home exterminated. I will never use AMAZON RELOCATION again!!
