House Removal.

Ben and Rob moved us recently and they were superb ! Our moving date kept changing dues to solicitors and paperwork etc, but AMS were very patient and worked with us every step of the way. On the day they were very professional and efficient and at the new house everything was put into the correct place in the correct rooms AND if needed rebuilt. They were also very reasonably priced. Well Done and Thank you.

This was our second move with the company and as with the first move they were amazing. The two lads we had were fantastic, they were really professional friendly lads who work exceptionally hard. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I recently used AMS to move me back from Primrose Hill, North London. I initially contacted several London companies who came back with very expensive quotations. So I looked at Manchester Removal companies and AMS provided a very competitive quotation, they also provided a packing service within the cost. Communication was good from the outset and they were punctual at both locations. No hesitation in recommending this company Thank you to Ben & Tom.

Well Done AMS Lads !! AMS was recommended to me by a work college last Monday for my house move yesterday ! Our original movers double booked and informed us that they couldn’t move us and we contacted AMS at short notice. Not only did they accommodate us but they did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble, they were careful with my belongings and they even took my bed and wardrobe apart and rebuilt it at my new house within the quoted price. Having to remotely choose a removal company for a Manchester to Cambridge move was not easy. The reviews initially helped me to select AMS but the service thereon in confirmed that I had absolutely made the right choice. The whole move was completed professionally and without fault. The people we dealt with throughout were polite, considerate and sensitive during what was an emotional process for my parents. AMS went beyond the call of duty to meet any specific needs. I cannot recommend AMS highly enough. Thank you so much.

Unprofessional and rude.

Paid a daily rate and turned up several hours late. Bad traffic due to weather but no apology and had to keep calling for updates. When the team left they did not raise any issues. We inspected the house afterwards and found 10 marks and areas of damage to the woodwork and walls throughout our new house. I sent a polite email querying why the team had not identified this. Alan, the owner, was very rude and unprofessional. He didn't apologise or offer to help, just kept hounding for the remainder of payment and referring to the t&c's that were never sent. The last email he sent started with a photo of a sponge, was condescending and attempted to joke about the damage. That is not what I expect from a supposed professional removal firm. I am heavily pregnant and have had to redecorate and repair damage which they first chose not to mention and then thought was appropriate to respond with a photo of a sponge and make a number of rude comments. Awful customer service. I left a review on Google about this and was shocked by the response of AMS removals to state I am a jealous competitor. I can assure you I am a genuine customer that used AMS removals and have therefore left a review here with pictures of the emails I received as proof.
