They were very professional, courteous and wasted no time moving our things efficiently and with the utmost care for my belongings. They will definitely be my first choice for any future moves. Lynn replies to inquiries immediately. AS a business owner, Lynn is very proud of her reputation, which is obvious in the details requested. My request for loading help (3 hour min-2 person) for the next day was accommodated. Impressive and lucky for me. **James and Kendall were kind and methodical about loading the truck as if a tetrix puzzle. Prior to Bernard movers arrival our one-bedroom apartment, we prepared all items for a 2000 mile trip. Although Bernard offers this service, we prepared all the items for moving ourselves which included marking all boxes, shrink wrapping both boxes and all furniture pieces, numbered and labeled boxes, wrapped sofa in blankets and shrink wrap, used wardrobe boxes for clothes and also for packing misc items and TV boxes for TV and pictures. All shrink-wrapped, protected with blankets and/or bubblewrap. After reading the endless horror stories, we were scared about damaged items and honor of original quote. We were well prepared and Bernard Movers met our expectations!

Bernard Movers is one of the international packers and movers that promise to take care of your goods when you have to relocate to some other place locally or outstations. Bernard Movers was an unknown name to me until someone suggested me to try it out. Since I hadn’t heard its name ever before I suggested them to get a survey done and quote me the approximate amount that they would charge me.

I have used Bernard Movers twice before and even have left great reviews online. My recent experience has left me sleeping on hardwood floor, no clothing, no pots, no pans, no winter coats, NOTHING , NOT ONE PIECE OF MY PROPERTY because this company moved my things on September 24 and are now holding my things hostage. They underestimated my original quote by $400..of which I was not prepared to pay in cash. They refuse to release my things until I pay several weeks of storage at $50 per week (we are on week 9) and prepay for my move-in at an overblown estimate of $700 (which has never costs more than $400 from point A to point B). THEY CHARGED ME NEARLY $300 in materials. I'M BEING PUNISHED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A 'CLOSE TO ACCURATE' ESTIMATE! They are demanding nearly $2000 before anything happens. They refuse to acknowledge that they did not inform me I would be forced to shrink wrap EVERYTHING, tape things that didn't necessarily have to be taped, and box every large single item that may have been loose (like a directors chair)..THEY DID A POOR JOB AT TELLING ME WHAT THEIR STORAGE POLICIES ARE. EVERYTHING MUST BE TAPED, SHRINK WRAPPED, AND BOXED EVEN IF IT DOESN'T REALLY SEEM NECESSARY. Did I mention that it took add'l hours for all of my boxes, containers and items to be labeled and hand-written logged onto a sheet? They refuse to talk to me unless I say I have all the monies they demand, they don't return my phone calls for questions. They refuse to allow me ANY access to my things to get MEDICAL SUPPLIES or WORK EQUIPMENT!! I CAN'T GET MONEY IF I CAN'T WORK! Bernard Movers has excellent reviews online but I warn EVERYONE to avoid this company. I am shocked, disappointed and dismayed that this company, that has moved me twice before, has left me in the…
