I have used them twice and I cannot fault them. They are reasonable priced but provide an outstanding service. They help me pack my things more securely to prevent from damage, they put down a bed for me. They look care with my stuff. Overall they are helpful and professional and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended - thanks guys.

We moved with best London removals in the middle of October 2020. We overall had an excellent experience and would recommend them. The packing happened the day before and was done efficiently and carefully for the most part. My only criticism of the whole job is that they were not as gentle with my books as I would have liked. I have unpacked several with bent covers and pages where they have been added to squashed or packed carelessly. On the day of the move the furniture was well cared for and the company had organised separate professional piano movers for our piano. The price was very competitive coming especially given the quality of the service.

We have our move day all planned virtual and everything was smoothly and very professional. We paid for packing and with a lot of valuable items and theydid q great job, taking care of everything and very helpful. Price wise was worth and not expensive, so I would really recommend Removal as a trustable company for tour move day. Thanks guys!

We did a local move within London and the two men that came to move our things were punctual and very kind. They are very efficient and impressive and so polite. My correspondence with their office staff was also very good. They are responsive and easy to reach and very much aware of new changes or anything I need.

I really couldn’t find fault with this company and their service. Firstly the quote was hugely impressive, unbelievable really for the job they did. Secondly the help and advice pre move was always there via phone and/or email. Thirdly Ivelin and his team couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. I did my own packing but all the larger items, sofa, large mirrors, tv were wrapped by the team. Nothing was too much trouble “no problem, no problem”. My move was tricky as I had some items I wanted dropped off in transit and items picked up and added to get to final destination. Again no problem. I was concerned some of my furniture would not get through small front door. The guys stayed calm and wouldn’t let it beat them - front window had to come out and was replaced - problem solved. I was really really impressed, especially as the price was so good. My nephews are planning to move soon and trying to find a good removal company will be “no problem” for them now!

I can only give superlatives to this company. The service was on point, the guys were super polite and never complaint that they had to take furniture and boxes from the forth floor of a Victorian building that has no lift. They also dismantled my sofa and bed in no time and rearranged it all back together in my new place. I would hire them again for my next move. Thank you!
