Moved from Cheadle Hulme to Southport. Excellent service, over 30 years experience. All of the men were friendly, polite and extremely careful. Couldn’t fault the service , very reasonably priced . So glad we chose them and even made sure we tipped the men we were that pleased.

This arrogant rude individual has left my 85 year old mother devastated regarding the pick up and delivery of a kitchen with 3 days to go. A month in advance I arranged this job and on Friday 1st of August I sent him a polite txt to confirm "Yes" or "No" we were good to go for the following Friday. Now Ia m sure other business owners with perspective customers would normally at some point have the business sense to respond ? Oh no not Dave Seeley its too much to ask. So I wait for a response that did not come so I thought best to ring him a day later lol. Well he was rude blunt and before putting the phone down on me. (nice). He was driving in Scotland at the time he professed!! Well Dave Seeley I am not a mind reader and if you had the common courtesy to respond to a txt which takes 5 seconds where ever you are we would not have to disturb you after all I am only a customer who you were going to charge £80 per Hour no bank transfers ONLY CASH as you stipulated (HMRC notification pending). I employed Dave Seeley once before , he sits in his van with 2 scruffy dogs whilst his men do all the work he just wants to take the CASH when the jobs done. Well Dave thanks for upsetting my 85 year old mother and whilst you may be used to speaking to people so disrespectfully and getting away with it..I AM NOT ONE OF THEM. I am reporting this individual to Stockport Trading Standards and the HMRC and invite anyone else with a similar experience of this last word freak fool to share your post in order that he does not repeat this disgusting business model with another elderley lady. WELL DONE DAVE!

Damaged furniture.

I used Bramhall removals to move my furniture from Bramhall to Glasgow. They came to do a survey and provided a quote. Advised that furniture covers were not necessary as they had blankets to cover everything. Unfortunately a number of items were badly damaged including a sofa which will never be the same. Obviously denied all responsibility and just got bombarded with nasty emails when I asked what they could do about it all. Ends up costing more in replacement furniture than the removal fee. Wish I'd seen these reviews before.

A joke.

2 teenagers turned up as movers.. the boss stayed sat in his van for the 2 or 3 hours that it took them to empty a 1 bedroom flat.. this is not a professional company but more like week end workers paid in cash. Cheap but not professionals.

I had to misfortune of choosing Bramhall Removals to transport all my furniture from Cheadle Hulme to Salisbury. The owner came to my flat and saw all the items that needed moving and provided a very reasonable quote and did not note any potential difficulties. However, on the day of removal, he phoned me (I had already moved due to job commitments) and said that they couldn't get my sofa out. I had no choice but to accept his assessment and to try and sort out an arrangement with my new tenant. I then had to get another sofa. A couple of friends went to the flat but couldn't understand why the sofa couldn't be removed. Subsequently, my tenant moved in and the sofa was dismantled (not destroyed as suggested by Bramhall Removals). I then asked for an explanation and was rewarded with a phone call that lasted over 30 minutes and was a rant. The owner refused to take any responsibility and suggested that I sell the sofa on gumtree. Avoid this man at all costs unless you are wanting to move very small articles. He claims to be a professional but a group of amateurs could have done a better job.
