Our experience with Brittania was seamless. The packers arrived slightly later than expected due to previous customer & terrible weather but we were kept informed of their progress. The items shipped to Australia were packed up carefully at the house & we were kept informed by Helen Smalley along the way until they safely reached WA. Everything arrived in tact & my brother is delighted. Price was also competitive. Many thanks Colette.

Our move involved a span over several days and removals around three houses. All went smoothly, everybody turned up at the stated time. More importantly All those involved were superb, nothing too much trouble, all were polite and all smiled. Office were equally up to the job, all was done efficiently and with a smile.

When things go wrong this company is the worst.

The guy that came to quote was great, removal team were great, office ‘seemed’ friendly, all was going well. Then when it came to delivering our contents to our new Home there was bad weather, they cancelled which was understandable, rescheduled for the next day, driver got truck stuck & abandoned delivery. We then called to arrange delivery for the following day to be told that we’d be charged £800 for the ‘failed delivery’ - we had no choice but to pay given that they had our stuff. At this point the friendly office staff were no longer friendly & there have been other problems with damaged furniture & the insurance you take out stands for nothing. The guys that do the labour are great, but the team at the other end of the phone are far from. I’d refrain from using this company !
