Highly satisfied with the service I received from California Relocation Systems. I couldn’t of went with a better certified company for my moving needs. They were the most suitable to meet my moving criteria. They picked up and dropped off my belongings within the narrow timeframe I was looking for, which many other interstate movers couldn’t guarantee. Not only could this company fulfill that request, but they were also able to fulfill my expectations in a variety of other areas. Truly, an outstanding experience. I’d recommend them to others.

Exemplary Moving Service From California Relocation Systems.

Well executed moving experience with a group of dedicated professionals who are highly motivated. This move was structured in a logical manner, which is why none of my belongings were damaged or lost. I’ve heard that these things are very common during a long distance move and this was my biggest concern going into the moving process. But the California Relocation team insisted that this wouldn’t be an issue because of how they secure their customers belongings. Now after witnessing it for myself, I have no more reason to doubt them. I would use them again for a long distance move in a heartbeat. If you’re relocating from California to New York, call these guys and give them a try. Say Julene sent you!

    Phenomenal Customer Service.

What immediately set California Relocation Systems apart from their mover counterparts was their customer service. From the time I contacted them, until the drop off of my things, they were consistently communicative and extremely systematic. I’ve come across companies that were disorganized and it really showed down to their customer service. This moving company had the total package and I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone who is planning a move from California to Florida.

This was a solid experience with California Relocation Systems. They were much more efficient than I anticipated. It’s refreshing to see movers that are deeply interested in a moving process that has to do with your belongings. I can’t imagine how this would of turned out with a company that lacked enthusiasm and professionalism. I would recommend California Relocation Systems to others! The appeal of this company lies in their communication and ability to follow through in stages. Sincerely, Freya.

This is the worst moving company ever! Watch out for them. They practically destroyed most of my belongings including valuable studio goods such as crates of glass turned over, a glass kiln with the legs bent in. Most of the boxes and plastic crates were damaged/destroyed in one way or another. Antique wash stands marble top was cracked. They went "tape" crazy. Floor lamps were completely wrapped in tape. All of the floor lamps (3) were bent, broken and unusable. All of my large floor runs are missing. This company does not even have their own moving trucks. They use rental trucks. My goods came in two shipments and one of the drivers told me he was brand new to the job. When he opened the back of the truck my goods were strewn all over the back of the truck bed. My sofa was lost/stolen as well as numerous other items. When the driver arrived he explained that he couldn't unload my good until his "crew" arrived to help him and they didn't come for two more hours. During the second delivery I asked the guy Sam who was in charge where my sofa was. He said he didn't know but would make an effort to find it. He offered to give me the sofa (belonging to someone else) that they had brought with them. I was shocked. There were also another persons personal goods in with my shipment with the scattered pieces, including family photos. I have hundreds of pictures of the damages. As well as witnesses. This claim has been pending for over a year now and they do not answer phones, numbers are disconnected, emails come back undelivered. My paper claim with photos was refused upon delivery to the location in LA three times. It appears that my goods were intentionally destroyed. Also, while waiting for my goods to be packed up they increased my bill by $3,000. They never came to the…

SCAM ALERT..California Relocation Systems was the worst customer experience I’ve had had in my life. Beware of this company. When things go wrong with your move (and they likely will) you will be dealing with people that are both inept at their jobs and completely uncaring for the customer. Here’s what I experienced. Refer to the Better Business Bureau (F rating) along with other online reviews and you will see I’m one of many mistreated customers. • Changed quote (price/cubic foot) once truck was loaded, resulting in higher charge • Lost roughly 1/3 of all our items • Claim packet for lost items was received by them Feb 11th, as of Aug 18th they have not responded and will not answer any emails or phone calls • Only sent one mover to unload full truck at destination. Had to pay our painters to help move items Please read reviews on the popular review sites before calling them. That initial quote will prove to good to be true and cost you thousands of dollars later.

Anyone wanting to experience a nightmare while awake use this company to move. I was quoted around $3,700 for my move. They showed up in a rider truck & 5 guys, they loaded most of my things in the truck and than said they had to get another truck. They left, came back the next day and loaded the rest of my things and said I had to now pay right at $10,000. I had no choice, they already had my furniture. A month later they delivered my furniture ONE truck about half full, Only the driver. I told him that the glass for the dining room table was right at 200 pounds and he said he could do the job. I have a double hernia so I could not assist. He unloaded and stacked all the crushed and open boxes in the garage and the furniture throughout the house still wrapped in blankets on hand trucks, all the trash from things that were unwrapped stacked in the middle of the living room and left without a word. 90% of the things delivered were broken, about 1 third of our items were missing. Our Antique Brass & Glass bar was totally crushed and had to be taken to the dump. We had a chair made out of a church pue, only one of two made and as heavy as it was, it was broken in half. The seats and padded backs for our kitchen chairs are missing, Glass for all end tables, coffee table and night stands are missing. Antique dresser broken, desk broken, electronic printer gone.a Book of 87 Walking liberty half dollar coins from the 1700's to the mid 1900's ,missing---worth over $150,000. and these people have refused to contact me again after promising to locate and pay a token fee. I filed a police report and with the DOT but as you know these reporting facilities are only set up to appease U & me. They actually do nothing. WHOEVER HIRES THESE PEOPLE, BEWARE. Want to hear more? contact me…

We were extorted and had our belongings stolen.

We contracted with a company called Summit Moving and Storage. However, we found out later that they sub-contracted with California Relocation Systems. We had a 10 X 10 storage unit that was about half filled. We signed a not to exceed $2200 moving estimate agreement and were told that our items would be directly shipped and we would receive in two to three days with a legal obligation to deliver within 10 days. A man with two Penske rented box trucks showed up almost 12 hours late, right when our storage facility was closing. We checked out of the storage facility and were essentially stranded. He pulled all our items out of the unit and had them sprawled out on the sidewalks. He then demanded $2200 on top of our $800 deposit. We had no choice but to pay as we had no where to put our items and the storage unit was closed. He loaded our sectional sofa and washer and dryer into a 2nd truck. We never saw those items again. After 4 days we contacted the company regarding ETA and received a return phone call from the person who came to the storage unit. He threatened us and told us to never contact him again. He said he would deliver our items if he "felt" like it and when he "felt" like it. He stated that if we bothered him again that he would drop our items off at storage unit and we would have to pay to pick them up and pay for the storage unit. He also stated that he had the right to keep our items and the only recourse we had was to file a missing items claim and they simply give us 60 cents on the weight of the items. After two weeks had passed with no communication or delivery we contacted the company again only to be told to stop harassing them. At this point we reached out to Summit Moving and Storage whom we had contracted with and they informed us that they had…
