We were delighted with Forth Movers during our recent move. They made a stressful time more bearable as they did everything they said they would do. We had a young team who were very organised and worked well together, they were friendly, polite and very helpful to us at both ends of the move. I can't think of any way their service could be improved.

Our organisation have used Forth Movers on several occasions when moving premises. The whole experience has always been 1st class from start to finish. Forth Movers have always gone the extra mile to accommodate our requests and provided help and advice when required. The staff have always been extremely helpful and courteous and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I would certainly use them again should the need arise.

We have used this company twice. First time was 8 years ago then in January 2017. We came back to them as we were very impressed with their professional approach from estimate to move date which all ran smoothly. We are an older couple and felt they took away the stress of the move on both occasions dismantling larger pieces of furniture and rebuilding in the new home no hassle no fuss. Both moves were from 4 bedroom to 4 bedroom so quite a large move. I was very impressed with the speed and delicate handling of our possessions. Thank you Forth Movers we would highly recommend you.

We can only praise Forth Removals for the excellent way they handled our removal. The guys who came to do the job handled all our furniture and boxes with extreme care. Very professional company and would not hesitate to use them again. Would recommend to anyone to use this company as we received first class service from the estimate to removal of all our personal belongings.

I was delighted with the service that I received from Forth Movers..from the visit for the initial quote through to the move itself and the return to pick up the empty boxes. They even called me a day earlier to say they had men free that could make a start if it suited me..which was perfect. This was the largest move we've done as a family and I can honestly say it was seamless and stress free thanks to Forth Movers. I was recommended them by a friend and have now already recommended them to another friend who is soon to move house.

These people, particularly the "son", David, is rude and badly needs to attend a customer service course..the longer the better. They broke a lamp, while in storage, but shouldn't have been in storage in the first place, it was to be del'd to our new home. When we got the rest out of storage, we asked where the lamp was to be told.."broken", we had to claim through their insurance company..but there was a £50.00 excess. We asked Forth to pay this excess and keep the goodwill, but that just fell on deaf ears, continually. The "David" in the office is rude, loud and has a severe attitude problem. He's all nice when trying to convince you to use them, but once they have your money, you can say goodbye to service with a smile, or any kind of service. We gave these people over £2K between the move and storage..but as I say once they have their money..no more Mr nice guy..very two-faced Don't use these people.
