Had a excellet experience with La Rosa. Everything was deliveried on time, Nothing was broken, I could reach out them any time or any day, and got my answer replied right away, The price was much better than the other companies, I would highly recommend this Company to move.

Worst Movers Ever!

After picking up my grandmother's furniture to bring to me in Atlanta, I received a call that they were in our neighborhood but unable to deliver our furniture to our home because their truck was unable to make one of the turns in the neighborhood. They were approximately 1/3 of a mile away from our house and there is nothing wrong with making this turn. Large trucks make it all the time. Furthermore, there is another route to go in order to avoid this turn but they told us they "didnt have time." Frantically, my husband drove in his card to find them and guide them, but they were not interested in anything other than unloading our furniture on the street or "a pickup truck." It was a dark rainy night 1/3 mile from our house. In a panic, we had to have a neighbor with a pick up truck come out to meet us and the minute these movers saw him coming, they immediately starting unloading all of our heavy boxes into the pick up truck and peeled off, leaving us to fend for ourselves. Our much older neighbor then had to help us carry all of the boxes from our driveway into our home on a dark and rainy night. Picking up one of the boxes, we realized that the glass top table of a coffee table was completely shattered. It had not been properly wrapped and the box was not properly taped so glass shards were sticking out of the box, cutting both myself as well as my husband when we picked it up in the dark. The table is completely ruined and there were shards of glass all over our neighbor's truck. The whole thing was a disaster in every way. They did not care about any of this and gave us $50 for our troubles since we had not bought their high insurance package.

Missing item.

After more than a year I am still looking for a craftsman drill bit set that was unfortunately missing from one of the 2 opened boxes I received that like many others they just put some tape on it and deliver it like nothing happened. Almost sure several other items are missing. Guess some of their workers are really in need. Car also was received with damage on front bumper at least their insurance offer me a quarter of the quote. If filling for insurance make sure to get someone you know and send a quote that absurdly high.

La peor compañia de mudanzas desde PR.

Enviamos nuestra mudanza desde Puerto Rico a Philadelphia y "perdieron" una caja la cual no saben que paso o si salio de Puerto Rico o no. Entregaron casi 4 meses despues q se envio la mudanza. Son inrresponsables no quisieron atender a los reclamos o preguntas respecto a la mercancia en sus manos.

Mudarme para la Florida en Ocala.

Moved from Orlando, Florida to Puerto Rico. We are still umpacking and have found some broken things. My wife was shocked to see how the movers tossed and dropped our boxes without a care for the content. Not sure if we have any recourse; but I'll be exploring options.

Peor compañía.

Haber escogido esta compañía fue una de las peores decisiones que e tomado. Recogieron mi mercancía en Puerto Rico hoy 13 de abril del 2018 para Carolina del Sur y aún no me la han entregado. Nunca tienen tiempo para atenderme por teléfono porque cada vez que llamó me dicen que me llaman para atrás y nunca lo hacen. Siempre tienen excusas para no atender a personas por teléfono. Hablé con una tal Patricia Pacheco y me indicó que no podía hablar en el momento. Es muy irresponsable decirle a su cliente que no puede atenderlo. Mejor busquen a otra compañía y no voten su dinero con Rosa del Monte.

No usen esta compañía aunque son latinos.

Esta compañía es la peor compañía con la cual yo he tenido la desgracia de hacer negocios. Se lo dije a Carlos Figueroa que dijo que era el manager/gerente y no le intereso mi satisfacción como cliente en lo absoluto. Toman ventaja de los hispanos/latinos y luego no tienen ni la cortesía de decir "Gracias por dejar que le quitemos su dinero sin proveerle servicio y hacerle pasar malos ratos. Come Again" Usted sale mejor remando un bote y llevando sus pertenencias usted mismo.

Have used this company twice unfortunately, due to their lower prices than some other companies. But I'll review my recent issue since it's pretty much the same. Until this day I have not received my items. It's been almost 5 weeks since pickup in Florida. Customer service is a Mickey Mouse operation. No one ever knows anything and the reps answering the phones are a joke. How can moving items take so darn long? During my last move, my tv was cracked and hair dryer broken. Because I wasn't home and didn't inspect items upon arrival, I had no proof. I would highly recommend avoiding this company and save your money, frustration and stress with these people.

Please do not use.

This was a nightmare experience, please think twice before using them. We used them because of their low cost, but it ended up being just as high and a reliable moving company, they charged extra both on the moving out and moving in. $100 to go upstairs, $100 for more boxes, ended up costing over $1000 from original quote. It took 5 weeks to get our items from Boston to San Antonio. For a period of 2 weeks no one could tell us where the items were, and they were so rude about it. I emailed the President of the company, Hiram Rodriguez, twice, he never responded. I was told by a Yolcaira in New York that his son, Benito Rodriguez, would call me at 11am on a set date, he never did. Whenever we spoke to someone they were extremely rude to us. Various people, including Patricia Pacheco and Patricia Bonilla also lied to us multiple times. At the end of the day they lost quite a few items, including a box from the kitchen, 3 paintings my husband had done and a small shelf. We didn't even bother to call and complain based on the experience we had, we figured it wouldn't do any good. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems we had, but the review will be too long and I'm afraid people won't read it. Find another company, it will cost the same in the end and hopefully you will be treated with some respect and get all your items in a reasonable amount of time.
