Man with van helped with a photo shoot, by taking equipment around various locations during a long day very patient and helpful, we surely will be using him again when we come back next year. We were having trouble hiring a van for full day in a limited budget, man with van fits our requirements as well as being a great help. I would recommend their service to everyone who needs someone reliable.

It was a tricky move carried out with precision planning timing wise for keys. The price was fair compared to other quotes we had and felt happy overall with the outcome. They guys seemed very trustable and they assured us that everything will be took care of and there will be no damages. We were so glad we came across van with van.

Moved my stuff from self-storage to the new flat, all correspondence was via email while I was out the country and it all went to plan. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable professional movers. The whole process was really hassling free. Man with van is really efficient and gives excellent customer service. They really took care of my stuff and was in same condition as before.

We were very impressed with Martin and his team. Martin was friendly and helpful when I phoned to book the job, and his team were very polite and put me at ease when they arrived. They were keen to get on with it and I was confident enough to leave them to it. Everything was moved safely and without anything going missing or breaking. The price was fantastic- we were on a budget and didn't expect such brilliant service for such a low price! I've recommended them to everyone I know!

A friend passed me the manwithvan number as a company you can rely on for an honest quote. I was moving a rooms worth from Edinburgh to north east England and had had various quotes, all quite high considering the job wasn’t a massive move. I was please with the service and the quote and would recommend him to anyone looking for a decent man with a van.

I had seen Man with van around Edinburgh in signed up vans and the time it came for my move I asked them to come along and do an estimate. Martin came to do the estimate and seemed easy to deal with and gave me a competitive price compared to what other quotes I had ,plus he wasn't pushy. I was very pleased with the service and they job was done without issue.

Steven was the most reasonable company I called, but at £50 to move 5 pieces of furniture I was still expecting a professional. Their timeliness was good, pick up and drop off were within the time frame mentioned. Steven's attitude was horrendous. He mentioned to my friend at the pick up location that a small piece not initially mentioned would be £5 extra, and my friend at the pick up location told him to leave it, they'll put bring it to us themselves. Steven brought it along anyway. My friend notified me before the drop off of their exchange. The first thing Steven said when they arrived at drop off was the £5 more for the extra piece. When I challenged him on it he became obstinate so I had to agree to pay the extra. I also asked if 2 pieces could be moved to the 1st floor, and again he said it would be extra. Steven got fairly mouthy with me and said it was my fault for not detailing every aspect of the move. As a customer and not a professional mover, I expect the moving company to know and advise up front what particulars will cost extra, how am I to know what to advise? I would have paid another company £100 for this move if I didn't have to deal with Steven's terrible attitude and threatening demeanor. .
