DO NOT USE Master Moves Ltd Wilson Park Newton Heath Manchester M40 8WN In Summary: This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude dismissive and unprofessional. If you have any choice STAY WELL AWAY. Full Details: I am a disabled person and had to move as Manchester City Council wanted to demolish my property. They contracted Master Moves to deal with this. The first bad experience was the packing materials were just dumped outside my front door as the company did not bother to contact me to do an assessment on what was to be moved. On the day of the removal the team arrived on time but that is where their professionalism ended. When they had finally loaded the van they informed me that they would be about 30 minutes before they would get to my new property (some 5 minutes away) as their boss had asked them to price up a new job on the way. 3 hours later and 3 phone calls to Master Moves to see where my items were I was rudely told that they would be there when they get there, shouldn't be long. After a further 30 minutes they finally arrived, I have no idea where my items had been or if they had been rummaged through on the way luckily I had had my small valuables moved separately by friends. They informed me that one of the wardrobes had been damaged in transit, the doors had been ripped off and the drawers caved in. They informed me that they would take it back with them and have their people look at it to see if it could be repaired. The day after when my handyman came to sort out all of my items my large wardrobe was also damaged all the corners was bashed and all dowels had been bent and was beyond repair. Also while throwing my dryer around they had lost one of the wheels so would not sit straight and could not be used. I contacted Master Moves…

This company was terrible, they smashed up 2 expensive wardrobes and dropped my tummble dryer off the van, they ripped the wallpaper off walls in my new house and walked muddy foot prints all over the house, they were smoking in my old house as they were moving my stuff!
