This firm were great. Stepped in late in the day to get us a quote and book the job. The team packed our stuff the following working day and moved us the next day. Really helpful and took time to ensure everything was reinstalled as they found it. Reasonable price too. Thank you!

Thoroughly recommend the company. Very quick and efficient in packing up the house and unpacking the boxes into our new home. Excellent service. Lenny, Joe, Elliott, Arron, Seb and Adrian 2 were fantastic - very efficient and professional. Old house was packed up by 11.30 am and we were in the new house unpacking by 2.00 pm! Great service, great team.

We had Lenny, Nabeel, Brad and AJ. The company sent to 2 guys the day before to box everything and take apart anything that was going to be moving with us. They did that very quickly and efficiently and then the main team turned up the following day. All the guys worked very hard getting everything where we wanted it. So the removals and unpacking went very smoothly. The only thing I have still yet to find is a power supply for a monitor. Other than that I couldn't be happier.

Jason and his colleague turned up on time both guys were very polite and friendly, were so hard working thank you very much. From arranging the quote to moving in to new house was very good experience, very professional company will be using again thank you again for your hard work.

The service provided by Removers and Storers made moving an absolute doddle - Nabeel and Tony did an absolutely superb job of moving our furniture, and wouldn't hesitate to use Removers and Storers again in the future. We had a few quotes from removal companies and, whilst Removers and Storers weren't the cheapest, they seemed to have an approach to make life as easy as possible. The administrative side on the lead-up to the move was easy, and communication about what to expect was brilliant. We paid extra for the packing service, and wow! What a service! Tony breezed through our packing in a day, for what would have certainly taken us weeks! It was expertly packed, and consequently nothing whatsoever was damaged during the move. On the big day Nabeel and Tony worked tirelessly, and emptied our old house and deposited our stuff in the new one with surprising speed, ensuring everything was in the right place! Made unpacking a breeze. A great service, highly recommended! Thank you very much for your help.

Great service from start to finish, helpful advice given during quote, easy to book in, arrived on time and Jason and Joe were great lugging all of our furniture and belongings from a first floor flat into a two story house. Everything was moved safely and put exactly where we wanted it. Thanks for a hassle free move!

The company admin was very good to deal with and were very patient with us given we were unable to confirm the move until a couple of days before and at a competitive price. Unfortunately the surveyor underestimated the number of items/boxes that needed packing which really put the two men under time pressure and it took longer than expected to pack and load over the two days. Nabeel has to be singled out for his professional attitude and helpfulness at both sides of the move. There was no complaint from him, he just got on with the job without taking any real breaks.

The crew of 3 turned up before the agreed time. They were polite and considerate that some things were not quite ready and just started upstairs. They had 2 beds, bunk beds and a wardrobe to take apart. Everything was loaded by noon. We then had to wait 3.5 hours for the keys to the new place, but they unloaded and reassembled by 5.30pm. The men worked hard and efficiently. I am not sure that they really enjoyed their job but they worked hard despite it being a hot day and were cheerful.

To start with only 1 man turned up. No introduction from him. He was on the phone to his colleague who eventually turned up over an hour later. The van was loaded fairly quickly. Then they couldn't get a wardrobe downstairs despite the man who gave the quote saying they'd just take the doors off. I had to partially dismantle the wardrobe. Then a second wardrobe wouldn't go down the stairs so the removal man just stood and shrugged his shoulders. I had to dismantle the second wardrobe completely. Then when we got to the new house the previous tenant was still loading her van. As I explained to the salesman who gave the quote, this was a mutual exchange so there may be delays. Upon arrival I told the removal men that there was a delay. I was told I'd have to pay extra, even though I wasn't made aware of any time limitations on the removal. They unloaded the van. Leaving my bikes out in the rain. I was told to put a cross on top of all essential boxes so that I could unload these boxes first. These boxes were totally ignored as being essential, and other boxes were stacked upon them. My washing machine wasn't reconnected as promised. To top it all off, upon reading the original quote the salesman had made the comment on the paperwork regarding the fact that on the day he came it was a school day and he questioned why my children weren't at school!! Completely irrelevant comment and quite frankly none of his business. All in all not a good experience with this company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DESPITE SOME GOOD REVIEWS. I can only assume that because it was a Saturday the professional staff were otherwise engaged.
