Incredible Move - Impeccable Service.

From start to finish, my experience with Roadway was nothing short of amazing. From working with JoeDeshet to set up all the details, to George, Jamal and Chris, the DREAM TEAM, who helped us on the actual moving day, we were so in awe of how incredible everything was from start to finish! I would definitely hire them again and request them personally - 5 stars for their efficiency and great communication!

My sister, brother and I found the movers to be very professional and flexible. We appreciated their good care in packing up and delivering everything in perfect condition. We also appreciated how courteous they were at all times. We were extremely pleased with our move! They delivered to three different homes in NY, Ct., and Rhode Island easily all in one day.

I set up my move date w/ SCOTT COLEMAN. Who was great, & promised that my move would be excellant. He was correct. I had 3 movers, they were very well organized. They listened to everything I had to say & paid great attention to detail. I was satisfied! Thank you Roadway Lyn Veal.

As many people know, moving to a new home can be overwhelming, strenuous, and laborious to say the least! I contacted Roadway to ensure a seamless and efficient move to my new residence. Scott Coleman, who was very knowledgeable about the process, as well as kind and patient, reassured me that the service and my expectations would be met by dynamic and productive team. The day before my scheduled move, Mr. Coleman even followed up to make sure that I was ready, reassuring me once again on how smooth this move will be. I truly appreciated him going above and beyond to assist and bolster my spirit. I was also pleasantly pleased with the moving teams dedication, determination and care to securely handle my things with ease and with a smile. I would totally recommend Roadway again!

Started off on a bad foot when the truck broke down-But I’ve been in the service industry long enough to know it’s not the mistake that counts it’s how you fix it, They went all out and I mean. 110% to fix it —everything was perfect after that. they won this 5 star review.

I had a really good experience with Roadway Moving. I moved from an hour east of NYC to Colorado. A coworker used them for a similar NYC-Colorado move and recommended them. They were one of the more expensive quotes we got, but we absolutely would use them again. -My consultant, Adrian, drove out to my home on Long Island before the move to do an in-person estimate. -Adrian explained all potential extra fees (shuttle, more than 1 flight of stairs) in advance, in detail. -The pick-up and drop-off teams was very courteous and prompt and communicated in advance when they'd arrive. -Furniture was well-wrapped and packaged. -Nothing was broken or damaged! Guitars, computer towers, antique mirrors and antique dishes, all arrived without damage. -Everything arrived in a very timely manner (the second day of the potential delivery window). -Unfortunately, due to the tight turns in my apartment complex, they needed to use a shuttle instead of the 18-wheeler, but the drop-off team did everything they could to avoid it and get the truck in. I knew in advance it might be an issue where I lived (thanks to Adrian) so it wasn't a big deal. -Customer service called to check that everything was going OK and that the team arrived on-time while the movers were there. -Customer service is super responsive and great to deal with. I had a minor miscommunication with a team member and they got it totally resolved and were so wonderful about it. -No unexpected fees were added on (I've heard horror stories about other companies charging for extra weight, more storage time, etc). Totally worth the cost. The peace of mind during the stressful time was amazing, and they were so efficient and fast.

These guys all I can say is they knocked it out of the park my move from West Village to Chelsea just it was a home run beginning to end. I did what most of you guys are probably doing I read the reviews and I was like oh come on no way is a moving company this really good. Well I am here to state for the record, Roadway Moving are amazing just I am in awe of these giants of moving men and the grace and efficiency that they do their job.

I had a local but significant move, with two pickups and one delivery of large and small furniture as well as boxes, lamps, shelves, bedding, etc., all within NYC. The Roadway team - Danny S, Michael A and Edwin C were all totally competent, thorough, informative, courteous, careful and extremely professional. They came early, totally prepared with more tools, equipment and supplies than the job actually required, and knew exactly the best way to package every item. They also cleaned up completely after each stop. I would request them all again in a heartbeat, and will recommend them as highly as I can to anyone who asks. Roadway has earned my respect as well as my dedication, to the point where I have no interest or need to investigate any alternative movers again! (Thank you for that!) And Danny S, as the team Foreman, excels at everything he does - including his courtesy, professionalism and respect in dealing with his own team as well as his customers. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. The company's "CAN DO" attitude shows throughout the work these men performed. In addition, Hector, in Sales, was extremely helpful, as was Natasha in Customer Success, especially in providing the COI as needed. I recommend Roadway Movers unconditionally to anyone requiring such services.

I am wiring to hear when my items will arrive in SF, however I was very pleased with the movers. There were three on the team and they took care to pack everything carefully. I don’t expect anything to have broken in transit. Jesus, the moving foreman was very competent. Someone, from Roadway, came to check on my move and I think that was a good service. They had to wait to take the furniture from my apartment, but did a good job when they got the go ahead.

Although they are the first movers I have used who delivered my items without any breakage, they did not deliver two very expensive specimen plants in their equally expensive planters. They are rare enough that I can not even replace them.They insisted on my signing off on everything having arrived before they would even unload the truck. So, I had to sign off despite two plants valued at about $500 each NOT being delivered. This should not be allowed. They were unresponsive when I asked that certain things NOT be packed. They packed them anyway and then could not find them to unpack them even when I discovered immediately that they were gone. In a couple of instances, the foreman insisted I had changed my mind and told them to pack the items. I did no such thing. The foreman, a young guy, had a mouth I could do without. He insisted the scratches on my bed frame were not only there before they moved it out to the truck but that he had pointed them out to me. Not true. When I asked that they not put other items on my bedroom dresser while they were packing because it was an expensive piece of furniture, his response was that I had enough money to replace it. That was one comment which got reported to the company. They were incredibly expensive, and I have to wonder why they insist on a credit card and will not take a check. Would I use them again? Heck, no.
