My movers, Alexander and James, were fast, polite and friendly. Our move was efficient and well organized by them. All upholstered furniture was wrapped in plastic; all wood furniture was wrapped in blankets. Loading and unloading was done with care. They took excellent care of our property and we would be happy to work with Safeway Moving Systems again and will recommend them in a heart-beat!

Joseph and his crew were fantastic! I was honestly so impressed at how they were super efficient yet also very careful and meticulous. They wrapped up all the "big" stuff so it wouldn't get damaged, and even double wrapped the couch because it was pouring out and they didn't want it to get wet. I will absolutely suggest hiring them for you moving needs. They are very nice guys to work with!

The movers came on time as scheduled, packed the oversized items professionally and handled everything carefully to the truck. Since it was an out of town move, the delivery was the following day. Super impressed with them.

Charles and Daniel were friendly, competent, and fast. I'm pretty stoked about how convenient the service is as well as the price beating out self-store options in my area. Consider me a big fan. I will recommend and use again based on this experience!

Alexander and Charlie did a great job moving my stuff. They worked fast and were very friendly. They even plastic wrapped some items I was going to move on my own. Will definitely use Safeway Moving Systems again should I need storage services.

The movers came on time and started packing my stuff. They were very quick with the loading and unloading of my stuff from the truck and completed the whole move from FL to AL within 3.5 hours. The cost is also very reasonable. Very happy with these guys. I would highly recommend Safeway Moving Systems to anyone looking for long distance mover.

These guys were troopers. I live in a very busy part of the city where it is extremely hard to find parking, and they made it work. These guys were super professional, and made the move super easy. I would highly recommend them for an easy move. Thumbs up, guys! Keep it up!

Pay attention to the negative reviews - worst experience of my life.

I'd like to preface this by saying that I've worked in sales my entire career, so I consider myself to be an understanding and patient customer. That said, I feel very confident in saying that my experience with Safeway was the absolute worst I've had in my life (to the point that I had to contact a lawyer for advice on how to handle the situation). I'd also like to ask that you please, PLEASE read and consider the negative reviews - you'll find that they all have very similar complaints, and unfortunately my experience was exactly in line with every other negative review they've gotten. If you look closely, you'll note that all of Safeway's positive reviews are very likely fake - the accounts that post the shining, rave reviews have never reviewed anything else before or after reviewing Safeway. I know my review will be buried by fake ones in no time, but my hope is that someone will read this and avoids going with them because it was genuinely that bad. Below is a high level outline of my experience: -Richard Larusso, the salesperson I had the misfortune of working with, promised that my items would be delivered within 3-5 days MAXIMUM from my first available delivery date. I kept asking him what the catch was because I thought it was too good to be true and every other (legitimate) moving company quoted me at least 14 days. He repeatedly assured me there was no catch, not to worry, and that he would be with me every step of the move. Each of these promises proved to be lies to get the sale. After I paid my deposit, Richard (and everyone else at Safeway) slowly stopped responding to me and my desperate attempts to get literally any information on where my belongings were. -My pickup date was delayed and no one told me - when I reached out to Richard about it, he…
