Best move i've ever done in my LIFE!! Did not disappoint, I barely lifted a finger, extremely polite. I think this was the first time ever - that *something* did not hit as wall, rail, ceiling etc. These guys were fantastic!

I was very happy with the service that Shleppers provided for me. The forman and the two movers who assisted him were professional, fast, meticulous, courteous and communicative. The office staff was considerate and efficient. I received VIP service and is was worth it.

Shleppers was fantastic. Always communicated clearly with us during our move. They called to ask if they could come early in advance which was perfect because that worked better for us anyway. They were incredibly professional, quick, and friendly. There were a lot of things that I was unsure how to pack and left unwrapped, and the guys took care of it for me no problem, helping me pack up leftovers, assemble, and disassemble items. Absolutely nothing was broken or damaged and everything made it to our new place. Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

My move today with Shleppers was good from beginning to end. Customer service was wonderful, with a call and text during the move to check that everything was going well. The three movers were proficient from wrapping , moving, and unpacking , with no damage to furniture or walls. They gave me a price for the job, not an hourly rate as many movers do, soI knew up front what the move would cost. I recommend Schleppers, and would use them again.

This is my third time using shleppers. I had an emergency situation where I needed items from my hotel moved to storage. I spoke with Fran as I usually do on Wednesday afternoon about my situation. By 8:30 the next morning the movers where here (all very pleasant and in masks) ready to handle our situation. Fran has helped me with 3 moves and each went flawlessly. We will continue to use Shleppers.

We had an amazing experience with Schleppers. Our movers, Kevin and Dimitri were beyond amazing. They arrived to our apartment promptly at 8:30am and began loading up the truck. They finished loading by 9:30 and got us into our new apartment earlier than we were supposed to. They finished unloading everything from the truck and into our apartment by 11:25am. We highly recommend schleppers and especially Kevin and Dimitri! They worked very hard and efficient and kept everyone safe. They both had their masks on the entire time and were very respectful of social distancing.

Shleppers was honest and professional. They provided a timely estimate, gave their best price, and made necessary adjustments when we changed some of the items we decided to take/leave behind. They accommodated multiple stops. The movers were careful and went out of their way to ask us where we wanted particular items placed. They also followed safety precautions now necessary during the pandemic. This was the 2nd move we used them for.

This is the worst company with the worst customer service. I used them on a move that lasted over 4 years and recently unpacked into my final move. I lost over 70 big ticket items. I had over $35000 worth of jewelry taken by their movers and I asked for a claim to opened up by the headquarters and they completely ignored me. I feel robbed and unjustly destroyed by this low life evil company. I hate the very word and thoughts of how they handled this and treated me. The owners are cowards and didn’t do what’s right. All I asked them to do and documented by numerous police reports was to open an insurance claim. They ignored me. This company deserves to fail. I feel so disrespected that the very fact that nobody ever did the right thing. It’s a complete and utter disrespect and loss of my family heritage on some of the priceless items that were taken from us by tons of employees of your company.

Do NOT use Shleppers. My move experience was a complete disaster, largely because movers did not come in the pre-assigned window and communication with the company was a zero. There was a set window during which I could move due to move restrictions: 1-4p. I spoke with dispatch and my move coordinator in the week prior and both assured me that movers would show at 1p on the day of the move. That did not happen. When I called at 130p with no idea as to where any movers were, I was told that the movers were 'downtown, on their way, and would be there in 20-30min. That did not happen. When I called again around 230p, I was told they were still downtown but would guaranteed be there by 3p. That did not happen. When they still hadn't shown by 3p, I tried calling again and was put through to voicemail. I tried multiple times and could not reach anyone who could shed any light on the situation. At this point it seemed like they were screening my calls in effort to avoid providing any information. Finally, a team showed up after 3p leaving less than 1 hour for a move. As it turned out, this was not sufficient time and I was left negotiating with my landlords for use of the elevators in order to complete the move. Moving is a stressful experience to begin with Schleppers made the experience worse. We understand movers can be late and that there are certain things out of someone's control. The basic expectation, though, is that there should be truthful communication and not lies told or an inability to contact anyone. This experience was a complete failure. It’s unacceptable. The icing on the cake was they tried to offer me a 10% refund to keep my mouth shut about the terrible terrible experience! I regret using this company - please avoid the same mistake I did.
