All in all, I was very happy with their support and will definitely use them again. I've had other companies that don't care at all about the damage they've caused and lowball you for the furniture compensation but these guys are great! Recommend to all.

Thomas and his team were absolutely fantastic!! Not only did they handle each of my boxes and items with care, they were incredibly efficient and lovely to talk to. Service this good makes me look forward to my next move!!. Definitely hire this company for your move!

All of my email correspondence after booking was answered very quickly and very professionally. Thomas answered all of my questions without exception and even put my mind at ease about the whole moving thing. Recommended.

After becoming concerned at an extremely low quote (only half what every other company quoted me) and a very high deposit ($800), I did some research on this company. I called them back to get a better understanding of why my quote was so low, and was accused by customer service of "hiding things" to get a lower rate. This couldn't be farther from the truth - the sales rep, Travis Scott, rushed me through a verbal quote, assured me I was good to go at this price point. - Customer service accused me of "hiding things" - Customer service gave me the run-around, telling me they couldn't cancel my service, saying I had to speak to Travis, then telling me he wasn't in all day, after telling me he WAS working that day and would "call me right back." - Travis Scott, Director of Operations never contacted me back, despite multiple emails and phone calls. - I was finally able to secure a cancellation and refund, but they withheld 10% ($80 of my $800 deposit). I reported this company to the California BHGS and the DOT. Don't do business with them if you don't want to suffer a waking nightmare at one of the most stressful times of your life. I can't believe what these people put others through.

My parents used this company to move out of state. Company was supposed to have their items delivered as stated on their contract. Day of, they called since they had heard nothing. There was 2 weeks between when they moved out of their old house and into the new. When they called the day their stuff was supposed to arrive they were told it would be 2-5 DAYS PAST the date written on their contract. Will not use, do not recommend.
