I was in a time crunch. They had four days from first contact and were able to get a crew to move the furniture from 4 bedroom two story house to their storage facility in Atlanta. Then move it to my new location when that is determined. The gang of three arrived late. They provided me a phone call and update. They worked non stop for six hours and treated my stuff as if it was their own. Always very friendly and professional. I tipped them. They earned it. All in all it was a joy to work with them to solve the moving hassle. If you are going interstate use them after you gete the price right.

Worst Nightmare Imaginable!

The WORST NIGHTMARE IMAGINABLE! I would rate ZERO STARS but not possible. Everything related with this company is worst than bad. First of all they sent a "specialist" to check what you need to move and gets you an estimate, which will not correspond with the reality. On the day of the move they will simply state that you need extra space and will kill you with the "extra" fees and charges. Then they will promise that they will deliver fast, in my case the took 30 days to deliver from MIami Area to Georgia Area, when they verbally promised to deliver in a week, forcing our family to sleep in hotels. Then to end some of our stuff and arrived broken and mistreated. They also sent only two (2) people who arrived at a Sunday at 6:30 PM and left without finishing their job. WE filed a claim and they are still studying it after 5 months with no reply yet. Do yourself a favor and just do not ever consider this JUNK MOVING COMPANY! I will post pictures later..

STAY AWAY!! this company is complete sham !! the pick up was a smooth one this is part of BAIT and SWITCH once they have your furniture in their possession this is when the real game starts they they CAN`t promise any delivery date (it can take them between 7-21 dates from your desirable date !! ) finally we got the delivery TODAY to start off the" splendid day" they asked us to give them more money on the spot because the apartment was more than 75 feet from the entrance(its 80..) And once they brought the stuff in we were HORRIFIED the TV was shattered the bed room mirror was shattered the sofa was broken and the queen bed was delivered without all the screws to reassemble it( they said they Lost IT!! ) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

They are the worst. They lie, they cheat, they steal, they are a fraud. I have tried to get the government to shut them down but they have gotten away with this for years The owner lives in Florida in a ritzy apartment and never takes calls. Check every company out. These people have several companies under different names. Don't even bother to get a quote from them. Better Business didn't do a thing. Florida Attorney General ignored the issue. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I gave one star because I have no choice. This is the worse company to use for moving I have lost 3 boxes and 1 small sewing machine table. According the them they could find it and took 3 months for them to notified me with an offer of $45. They don't care about their. Customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT USE OT AGAIN.

1st if you don’t care about spending money please use them. I wanted a not to exceed quote and I got billed double of their quote. But I have no choice but to pay unless I don’t want my belongings back. No one seems to have the answer to your questions once you pay them. No one will call you back if you have a problem, the response you will get is “ I’m at the bottom of the totem pole”. From not quoting right, showing up 4 hours late, doing inventory of my items 2 days later, to overcharging me. Come to your own conclusions about using this company. I would give no stars if I could. So if Tommy calls you, ignore him. If Johnathon comes out to give you an estimate, double it, and if the movers tell you a time, add 4 hours and when 3 movers come m, Mark will do paperwork for 2 hours while the other 2 work. Move from Ft Lauderdale to SF -- outright thievery.

As with other posters, I'm giving one star only because it's required. STEER CLEAR! They are outright thieves. They destroyed a small, child's piano circa 1940, custommade. They also broke a Baccarat champagne flute, a Jade lamp, chipped an antique Chinese chest and they offered me $18!. The crew leader, an Israeli guy called Jake, refused to bring the piano upstairs -- he said "we don't move pianos". He left it in the garage. Meanwhile, in their advertising, it states clearly they move pianos, and that's why I chose them. He also told me there wasn't enough room in front of my house to do the delivery, that he would have to park at the bottom of the hill and "shuttle" it all for an additional $700. My street is a complete horseshoe, so that was not an issue. He was not pleased and angry that I gave his number to my neighbor to explain that to him. I listed every item, with receipts, and photos and a lengthy letter of my experience -- they couldn't care less. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Wish they had a zero rating. They don't deserve even a one star! Not sure how this company stays in business - RUN & DON'T STOP!! Scam & rip off from the initial quote($4,749.32) to a claim filed when they broke our new kitchen tile flooring in a home we were closing on in two days (this move happened on January 23, 2018) until the delivery - so many scratched damaged items - all my lamps are garbage - Can't file a claim because I'm still waiting on the process of a claim filed January 26th for the damaged kitchen floor - $400! Monday, March 13 I got a letter from claims wanting another repair estimate - are they out of their mind! I sold the house in Ga & moved to Al they didn't even look at the bill of lading that they requested & is their document!! So when I called they told me to put it in writing - another stall tactic. I paid them $5,800 for the move - they can't even pay $400 for something they damaged - they actually owe me more!! SCAM - this company needs to be shutdown..

*DO NOT USE* *SCAM* Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a company. I wish I would have found these reviews before I hired them. I paid $600 basically to have them damage over $5000 of furniture and then offer me $90 for the items. I was guaranteed a start time and they were two hours late. I also asked multiple times if my stuff was fully insured and I was told it was. Little did I know that their "fully insured" means 60 cents per pound. The $90 barely covers all the time and money I spent getting picture printouts for the claim I had to report. " Showed up 1:40 when time quoted by Sales was 12. I specifically asked if this would be the time they would show up and sales said yes " Thursday, the day before the move, a rep called to confirm I would be ready between 12 and 1 " I had the elevator reserved from 12 to 2 at old place and 2 to 4 at new place. They showed up at 1:40 and someone else had the elevator reserved at 2 so we had to share " Right when they got there they dropped a box that had all my liquids in ot " I had reports from my building landlord that they were arguing with the landlord " I mentioned probably 5 or 6 times that the furniture was expensive and needed to be packed well " Their was another tenant that had the elevator reserved at 2 and we had to share the elevator, the other tenant reported that my movers were trying to start a physical altercation " We had to share the elevator which took additional time and not only was I charged extra for this time, the other tenant had to pay their movers extra time " While they were waiting for their turn to use the elevator they were standing downstairs. I asked if they could start wrapping the furniture. I mentioned many times that the furniture was expensive and it needed to be wrapped…

I hired 4 men and a truck on August 20, 2017. They only sent 2 professional movers and 2 helpers who barely did any work. So there were only 2 men working and I was charged for 4 men. In addition, they dragged the time to charge me the maximum number of 10 hours instead of 6 hours at most since we already helped them disassembled the beds and it was a short distance of 5-10 minutes to my new house. Then they tried to get out quickly without finishing their assembly jobs or cleaning their stuffs at the end. They also damaged my hardwood floors badly and damaged my china cabinets. And their boss Lisa was very rude on the phone. All they cared about was the money, not the customer service or the quality of their service. I am really disappointed in using their moving service.
