The company are excellent. Arrived at time quoted to give quote. Excellent advice. Supplied with all needed to pack as asked for. On day of move excellent team arrived and took all the stress out of moving. Very efficient and friendly. 5 star rated.

Just wanted to thank you for organizing our removal. It all seemed so easy! Jennie, Nathan and Joe were so friendly, fast and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend We're Moving to anyone and I cannot praise the company enough. The two lads on the van were an absolute credit to the company and nothing was too much trouble. Worth every penny.

We used we're moving yesterday to move us from High Lane to a rural setting in Strines. The move was by no means easy; 1.) As we were pushing for a very tight timescale between exchange of contracts and completion as we had to be out of our house following a drawn out purchase. 2.) Due to the amount of stuff we have and 3.) Due to the farm property we were moving to having difficult access under a low bridge and a tight turn at the entrance to the property past a stable block. The move was planned to use smaller Luton Vans to account for this and a two day move was planned. All was going great until the realisation struck that it would not be possible to get the luton vans past an overhanging roof on the stable block on a tight corner. It was not possible to carry the stuff from there either as it was a good 50 yard walk up a very steep farm track. To top it all off and in tradition of the great british summertime it was absolutely teaming it down with rain. The lads were brilliant and in no time at all reinforcements arrived in smaller sprinter vans and we even had the company director Richard there at that point, he would say helping, but the lads would probably say getting in the way! The stuff was transferred across from van to van and shuttled up to the house with no fuss and plenty of laughs from the brilliant staff. I didn't hear a single complaint all day and would definitely say they all earned their wages that day. I really can't praise them enough and would definitely recommend We're moving to anybody thinking of moving house.

We were so disappointed with how our move went – although we paid more than £3,000 to get “full service” (packing and moving) in the hope to have a smooth move, we ended up receiving really sub-standard customer care and making the whole experience a lot more stressful than it had to be. Most people in the relocation team were pretty rough and careless. The team leader was really bossy and pushy, imposing on us his schedule and ignoring some of our requests. Some things were broken even before making it into the van. By the time things were coming out of the van, there were already pieces of furniture severely damaged. And as we started opening the boxes, we realised that we should have done the packing ourselves, as many of the things were simply thrown into the boxes, with no care. If we had wished our things to be ripped from the walls and shelves, and crammed senselessly into boxes, we could have done that ourselves and saved a lot of money. To make it worse, when we shared our feedback with We’re Moving (and not even thinking of compensation!), we were simply ignored… An utter disappointment.
